Designed by and for small housing associations; Skills & Projects‘ benchmarking service offers Chief Executives and managers the chance to network, compare and learn from each other.
Developed in 2006 with members of the g320 group in London it is a cost-effective system designed specifically to meet the needs of small organisations. We have 51 subscribers who manage between 80 and 800 homes, and we support five benchmarking clubs in London, the South East and the South West of England. Members access our secure web-site to maintain and share comparative data, and to run the reports which provide a focus and structure for their quarterly meetings. Feedback from members has been excellent, and the member organisations clearly value the opportunity to meet and network with colleagues from similar organisations, share ideas and learn from each other. Benchmarking performance has triggered a number of spin-off activities, such as our salary comparison and resident satisfaction services which are not restricted to benchmarking club members. |
